AnyDesk - Remote Support
For Remote Support it is necessary that each device has the AnyDesk Remote Support Tool installed. This Tool is available within the "Company Portal". For Remote Support we only need the Address which is shown on your Desktop when you start the application. Then we can connect directly to your device and assist you with your problems.
When AnyDesk is installed at your device you will find a small red or grenn icon near your systems clock in the taskbar.

When
you double click the icon you will get this Window

Just tell us the
number via ticket, teams, mail or phone and we can access your device after you click "Accept" on your device.
